Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, branding materials, and other necessary assets. Delays in providing requested materials may result in a delay to the project timeline.

Unless otherwise stated in the service description, revisions are limited to the number included in the selected package. Additional revisions or work outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.

Payment for services is handled through the designated payment platform. Service pricing, package details, and availability may change at any time for future orders.

Due to the nature of custom creative services, completed work may not be eligible for a refund once work has begun. Please review the service description and package details carefully before purchasing.

Cady Cat Creative reserves the right to decline or cancel a project that falls outside the scope of offered services, violates applicable laws, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate for the business.
